Our Studio Rules

It is important that our community respects the studio building, equimpent and surrounding area so we can continue to provide this hub for Swanseas music.

General

Please stay QUIET during Recording.

Please keep your Cellphones/Devices OFF, or SILENT during Recording session. If ever you need to use your phone, Please advise the Sound Engineer/Staff so you can be guided accordingly.

Please do not cause any distractions to the Recording Artist and/or the Sound Engineer during Recording. Avoiding unnecessary delays will help you save time and money.

The Studio Equipment are for Sound Engineer’s use only. Please do not touch/use unless directed by the Sound Engineer. We have a “You break it, You replace it” policy. Any damages caused by misuse, negligence and carelessness will be charged to the Client.

Please do not touch the Instruments. Ask permission if you wish to use or rent them. Any damages caused by misuse, negligence and carelessness will be charged to the Client.

Please exhibit professionalism and mindfulness at the time of your visit. Treating everyone with respect is important to us, and we expect the same in return while you’re within our premise.

Please be guided accordingly by the Sound Engineer. Don’t hesitate to ask if you have concerns/requests.

To ensure everyone’s comfort, we can only allow up to 5 people during recording session. If your project requires more people, please advise the sound engineer to assist you accordingly.

For everyone's safety and security, we may require Clients to provide any proof of identification. Rest assured all information will only be for records and documentations only

Food and Drink

Food and drinks are only allowed in the outdoor area. Any spills that cause damage to the studio or equipment will be charged to the client.

Smoking and Alcohol

Alcohols are not permitted inside the studio.

Illegal Substances

Illegal substances are not allowed in the studio. Any Client or guests found to be under the influence of any illegal substance, or displaying any behavior deemed unprofessional by the Studio Staff will be asked to leave. This would also cause termination of agreements and possible loss of future contracts with our studio. The client will still be charged for the booked session to compensate for time loss, damages and inconvenience caused by the incident. Lastly, if things goes out of hand, we will seek help from police officers to address the situation.

Trash

Please help us keep the area neat and clean. Do not leave food or trash in and outside the studio. Please make sure to clean up after you by placing all trash in the bins provided. You enter the premise clean and in order, so please make sure to leave it the same way you arrived.

Explicit Content

The Recording Studio have the right reject recording or filming explicit content.

Overstays

If your session is booked, say, from 5pm to 7pm, kindly note that studio access begins at 5pm and ends promptly at 7pm. If you require additional time, please book and pay for it through our system. Overstaying will result in penalties, including a ban from the studio and charges for extra time. This policy is essential as consecutive sessions rely on strict timings, and even a one-minute overstay can disrupt subsequent bookings. Your cooperation ensures a smooth experience for all our users.

You Break It You Pay

Frequent Sounds operates a you break it you pay for it policy. this means with any booking made if you are to break any of our equipment you will be made to pay for the cost of replacing the equipment and any other fees this causes.

Frequent Sounds refund policy.

Full Credit Refund: Cancel up to 8 hours before the session start time to receive a full credit refund.

Credit-Only Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of the session start time, and you'll receive a credit refund.

Card Refund: Cancel more than 48 hours in advance, or if the booking is canceled by Frequent Sounds, you may request a card refund.
